I work where product, operations, and customer support meet.
At DigitaVision LTD I run a 220+ product catalogue: inventory, uptime, pricing and the live customer support behind it. The work spans ops, product decisions, and cross-functional coordination on issue resolution.
On the side I built Royal Subz, from the first conversation to payments, security, support and SEO. I plan the work, make every product and architecture decision, review every change and test it myself; AI coding agents write most of the code. A small team keeps the store running while I build.
